和解〜そして次なる冒険へ

 私は、とある人物へ向けて、報告のつもりでこのブログを書いている。 殆どの方々にとっては、一個人の取るに足らない日常の記録である。 しかし、一個人ではあるが、魂の成長のささやかな記録でもあり、宇宙全体を織りなす一筋の糸であることも確かだ。 もし同じように人生の駒を進めている方がいるのなら、答え合わせの意味もあるのかもしれないので、そっとここに書き綴っておこう。 ご縁は人知を超えて紡がれているものだから。 ☆母と義父の和解 １０月５日 母と姉が我が家に、四十九日前のお参りに来てくれた。 夫の父親が９月２0日に群馬県の病院で息を引き取った。その日のうちに御遺体を東京へ搬送し、三日後には滞りなく荼毘に付すことが出来た。義父の表情は清らかで、満足そうに微笑んでいた。意識不明のままの四カ月、点滴だけで命をつないでいたのだが、やせ細ることもなく、まるで幼子が安眠しているかのようなスッキリしたお顔で、静かに逝ったのだった。 夫の両親と私の両親の確執は、30年ほど前に遡る。このブログの題材に取り上げたこともあるので詳細は省くが、要するに、私の両親は夫との結婚に大反対で、私はいわゆる勘当された娘であった。結婚前に、夫の両親が遠路はるばる私の実家へ挨拶に訪ねてくれたのだが、玄関先でけんもほろろに追い払われたのであった。義母はその時、たいそう傷ついた。その後、義母は癌を発病しこの世を去った。義父は大きな喪失感を抱えながらもその後３０年、頑張って寿命を全うした。 玄関先で追い払われて以来、私の実家と夫の両親の交流は行われなかった。20年ほど前から、夫は私の両親に受け入れられ、何とか関係を修復してはいたのだが、義父と私の両親は顔を合わせることは無かった。 私の父は今年の１月に亡くなった。父が生前書きつけていた備忘録のようなレポート用紙に、「〇〇くんのお父さん」と、メモが残されていた。死ぬまでに、何とか縁をつなぎたいという思いを残したのだろう。父なりに、悩んでくれていたのだろうと思う。両親が義父に会いたいと申し出てくれたのを頑なに拒絶していたのは、私の方であった。もうこれ以上、夫の家族を傷つけたくないという思いもあったが、どちらかというと、自分の心の闇に向き合うのが怖かったのだろうと思う。この闇については、２０２１年秋以降、催眠療法を学ぶ過程で、少しずつ癒しを進めてきた。私は、心の奥底...

透明になっていく

 毎日暑い。 皆さん、体調は如何だろうか。 私は、熱中症には気をつけているつもりだが、昨日朝、職場である図書館へ歩いて向かう際に、(徒歩２分の近さ！)太陽光線の強力さに、微かな吐き気を感じ、ヤバイと思った。水をガブ飲みし、直ぐ様排出されてしまう。水は常温でチビチビ飲むのが鉄則。分かっちゃいるが、冷たいミネラルウォーターを一気飲みする爽快感から抜けられない。いつまでも若者気分では身体はついていかない。自分のことは棚に上げて、何だが、暑さ本番、気をつけてください。 今朝は、野菜たっぷり、鶏肉トマト味スープをコトコト煮込んだ。冷蔵庫にある野菜類を適当に切り分け、チキンコンソメとトマトの缶詰で味付けしたシンプルなスープ。 弱火でコトコト煮ながら、際限なく出現するアクをひたすらすくっていく。すくってもすくっても、アクは漂う。 若い時は、料理が嫌いだった。アクをすくった試しはなかった。煮込み料理は、アクまみれのまま食卓に。理由は、面倒だから。別に、アクを食べたって、病気になるわけじゃないし。面倒くさがりながら、やっとの思いで作ったカレーやスープを何も言わずにモリモリ食べてくれていた夫には、感謝しかない。味は、濁っていたんだろうなあ。雑味まみれの料理は、私の精神そのものだったろう。 定職を離れ、二年近く静養し、最近始めたアルバイト。昔の自分の未熟さを思い知らされ赤面することが多い。図書館の指導役の方を見るにつけ、目に見えるほんの一部の狭い狭い世界だけを見てそれが全てだと疑わなかった自分と今、現実を通して対面している。当事、私がいかに周りに許されていたのか、痛感しすぎて胸が痛い。あれもこれも、昔の私、そのものだ。片寄った正義感で断じていく危うさ。これが因果応報なのだろうか。私が発したエネルギーは、やがて確実に自分に還ってくる。自分が過去してきたことなので、都度、反省とともに体験する。その度に、当時の相手に向かい、心の中で謝罪する。「あなたを受け入れなくて、許せなくて、信じなくて、ごめんなさい。」と。謝る相手は山ほどいる。いつ尽きるかわからない。 そんなことを思いながら、今朝のスープ作り。アクを根気よくすくう。少しでも透き通った味になりますように。濁りを発見し、一匙一匙、取り出していくのみ。アクも、人生には大切な醍醐味だ。雑味があったからこそ、人生は彩り豊かになった。苦味、苦...

  ☆目に見えない影響は確かにある！ 8月20日の満月は、ブルームーンと言うらしい。 ベランダで月を愛でていた夫は、愛用の数珠やお守りを窓辺に並べ、月光浴をさせていた。私は月のパワフルなエネルギーの影響か、夜中に目が覚めてしまい、眠れなくなった。そういえば、我が家の亀は、満月に合わせて卵を産む。 このように、地球の生物は、太陽と月の影響をしっかり受けて生きている。無意識では星々の影響も受けている。占星術は、まさにその表れである。エドガーケイシーによると、生まれた日時のアスペクトにより、地球転生前は太陽系のどの星を経由し、どんな課題を携えてきたか分かるのだとか。例えば怒りっぽい性格の人は火星の影響を受けていて、その性質を克服することが課題であるとか…そんな感じだったかな。 ＊エドガー・ケイシーの転生占星術（https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sSV1TtVrJ5E）参照 私はどこの星経由だろう。今世は恐怖心克服が課題のように思う。無意識に任せていると、左脳は勝手に恐ろしい未来を描き、現実に起きてもいないことで感情を揺さぶってくる。極に揺れつつ、ハッと我に返っては真ん中の穏やかさに戻る。恐怖心の元凶は左脳の働きに過ぎない。今、まさに恐怖心を手放す練習の日々を送っている。 「存在そのものを見るように。」とは、５月の宇宙会議でもたらされた珠玉のアドバイスである。感情に支配されそうになると、その言葉を思い出して我に返っている。存在そのものに備わっている美しさを見るようにしたいと思う。なぜなら存在の外側（目に見えるものは僅か５パーセント）は、相手の本質そのものではないからだ。 大切なアドバイスを降ろしてくれた兄Yさんには日々感謝している。 ☆妖精を見た！ さて、昨日の出来事をお話しよう。 職場に早めに到着し、一階にある食堂でモーニングセットを食べていた。 私のお気に入りの席は窓際である。いつもの席に座り、ぼんやりとヒマワリが風に揺れるのを眺めていた。ふと気がつくと、窓ガラスの外側に小さな白いものが貼り付いていた。長さ2センチくらいだろうか。虫のようだけと、羽は無い。なんだろう？この可愛らしいフォルムは。 もしかして、私… いよいよ、妖精を見るようになってしまったのではないだろうか？ ((((；ﾟДﾟ)))) マジマジと観察してみたが、今まで見...
